Bone in Chops

Pork Chops - Season both sides with salt and pepper and or other seasoning you desire to use.

Allow to dry brine on the counter for 30-60 minutes so that they come to room temperature. Use sizzling cast iron or smoking hot grill. Sear both sides until browned. Then flip and cook 1-2 minutes more depending on thickness per side. Using a cast iron and basting with hot butter and herbs will help cook to be even on both sides. Cook to an internal temp of NO MORE than 140 and then allow to rest for 2-5 minutes depending on thickness.

We always add cartelized onions when we pan sear them. Serve with your favorite side dish!

Ground Pork & Bacon

Our favorite pizza always includes bacon, any flavor of sausage and red onion! Don't hold back. Keep it simple and buy a premade crust or make your own. Either way it'll taste 100% better than store bought.

Skillet Lasagna

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 lb KuneKune ground pork
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups water or broth
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
  • Instructions:
  • Brown the Pork – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the KuneKune ground pork with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Simmer the Sauce – Stir in the marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook the Noodles – Add the broken lasagna noodles directly into the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  • Add the Cheese – Drop spoonfuls of ricotta over the lasagna, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and let the cheese melt for 5 minutes.
  • Serve – Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy your quick, one-pan lasagna!
