Kunekune Pork Chops - Bone In
Our Kunekune bone in pork chops will convert even the biggest steak lover! Cooking methods can vary but quite simply - Season both sides with salt and pepper and or other seasoning you desire to use.
Allow to dry brine on the counter for 30-60 minutes so that they come to room temperature. Use a sizzling cast iron or smoking hot grill. Sear both sides until browned. Then flip and cook 1-2 minutes more depending on thickness per side. Using a cast iron and basting with hot butter and herbs will help cook to be even on both sides. Cook to an internal temp of NO MORE than 140 and then allow to rest for 2-5 minutes depending on thickness
